About the role
The Sales Executive will drive sales for packaging solutions, build strong customer relationships, and turn leads into confirmed orders. You will work closely with prospects through WhatsApp, calls, and email to understand their needs and recommend the right products.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on B2B leads via WhatsApp, phone and email.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, quotations and order details.
- Negotiate terms and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.
- Document interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
- Proven negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target‑oriented, proactive and able to manage follow‑ups.
- Prior experience in the packaging industry is a plus.
