Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support and Sales Executive to deliver excellent service and actively identify sales and growth opportunities for Insta World. The role combines client relationship management with proactive business development.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and business-related concerns professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Educate customers about Insta World’s products, services, and solutions.
• Resolve issues related to claims, damages, invoices, payments, and operations.
• Follow up on leads, convert prospects into active clients, and achieve sales and retention KPIs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Billing, Collection, and Operations teams to resolve concerns.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups with customers to increase business and revenue.

Required profile

• Experience in client acquisition, cold calling, and telephonic sales.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage targets, KPIs and conduct market research.
• Teamwork and collaboration with Sales, Accounts, Billing, Collection, and Operations teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
