Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will generate new carrier business by prospecting independent owner‑operators and small fleets, presenting Universal Haul Solution’s dispatch services and guiding carriers through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect independent owner‑operators and small fleets using carrier databases and load‑board directories.
• Present dispatch services, handle objections and communicate the value proposition around rate optimization, dedicated support and time savings.
• Qualify leads, conduct sales calls, follow up on prospects and guide carriers through agreement and onboarding, including document collection.
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to active dispatching and maintain strong carrier relationships.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in outbound prospecting, handling objections and closing deals.
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation or trucking operations, preferably familiar with MC/DOT regulations and carrier onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust‑based relationships with independent owner‑operators and small fleet owners.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and adapt in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficient with CRM tools for managing leads and sales activity.
• Experienced using carrier databases and online load‑board platforms.
