Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can identify potential customers, build relationships, and convert qualified leads into clients. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with outreach, and capable of managing the sales process from initial contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels
• Conduct outbound sales outreach and generate qualified leads
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services
• Present products/services and communicate their value effectively
• Manage follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with prospects
• Handle customer questions, objections, and negotiations
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through closing
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Required profile

• Previous experience in selling products or services to customers
• Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
• Experience in lead generation, customer outreach, and converting prospects into sales
• Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and follow-ups
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solution
• Target‑oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
