Sales Executive

About the role

IMC Certifications is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join its Lahore team. The role involves managing prospective customer leads, promoting professional certification programs, and driving successful enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and engage prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant program information.
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrollments.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
• Coordinate with internal teams throughout the enrollment process.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Education Sales, EdTech, Admissions, Telesales, or Customer Sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target‑oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
• Good follow‑up, negotiation, and closing skills.
• CRM experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
