Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will promote Takaful products to individual and corporate clients in Karachi, delivering tailored recommendations and supporting community outreach initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, explain Takaful benefits, and provide customized solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow‑up on leads to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and policy renewals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and update sales reports.
• Participate in community outreach, educational sessions, and marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven ability in client relationship management, consultative selling and meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of financial services or insurance; familiarity with Takaful is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field preferred.
• High integrity, customer‑centric mindset and commitment to company values.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office productivity tools such as email and spreadsheets.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and records.
