Sales Executive

About the role

Nexa Support Hub, a professionally managed company serving clients through quality products and services, is looking for a Sales Executive in Lahore. The role develops business and represents the company by identifying prospective customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable products and services and supporting clients throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective clients and build a pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and present relevant products, services and proposals.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations and active opportunities to move sales forward.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients through responsive service.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, interactions and sales activity.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment and resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor market activity and share customer feedback and sales updates with management.

Required profile

• Clear verbal and written communication, confident presenting products and services.
• Prospecting, lead generation and disciplined follow-up; ability to ask effective questions and recommend solutions.
• Persuasive negotiation and objection-handling skills focused on customer value.
• Organization and time management for a pipeline, appointments and multiple follow-ups.
• Comfort working toward sales targets and giving regular progress updates.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets and customer record tools.
• Integrity, initiative, resilience and a collaborative approach.
