Sales Executive

About the role

Al Hadaf group is looking for a Sales Executive to support business growth in Lahore, Pakistan. The role suits a proactive, customer-focused person who communicates confidently, follows through consistently and works toward measurable sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Research and approach potential customers through appropriate prospecting channels.
• Present offerings, explain value and respond to customer questions and objections.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, follow up on leads and move opportunities toward closure.
• Meet agreed sales targets and keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Build relationships with existing customers, identify repeat-business opportunities and support retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely responses, order processing and resolution of customer concerns.
• Prepare regular updates on pipeline activity, customer feedback and market opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prospect, qualify leads, understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Confident negotiation, objection handling and closing skills.
• Organization and time management to handle a pipeline and meet sales deadlines.
• Goal-oriented, resilient and accountable for results; able to work with colleagues and share customer feedback clearly.
• A working knowledge of the local market and customer expectations in Lahore is an advantage.

Required skills

• Accurate record keeping.
• Familiarity with sales reports, spreadsheets or CRM tools.
