Sales Executive

About the role

Home Clone is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help grow its customer base in Lahore. The role suits a results-focused person who understands customer needs, communicates product value and builds long-term relationships. It is described as a remote position based in Lahore, with regular customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective customers through outreach and follow-up.
• Understand customer requirements and present Home Clone products or services clearly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Prepare sales proposals, follow up on quotations and support customers through order completion.
• Work toward agreed sales targets and report progress, pipeline activity and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records and share market feedback on needs and competitors.

Required profile

• Clear verbal and written communication, able to explain product benefits confidently.
• Customer-focused approach, active listening and ability to identify needs and suggest solutions.
• Prospecting, lead qualification, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills, with a professional way of handling objections.
• Ability to organise a sales pipeline, prioritise opportunities and work toward measurable targets.
• Good time management, resilience, initiative and a collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Comfort using spreadsheets, email and basic customer or sales tracking systems.
