Sales Executive

About the role

Shan Estate is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to support its business growth in Lahore. The role suits a customer-focused person who can identify prospective clients, understand their needs and guide them through suitable property or service options, while contributing to sales targets and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through calls, referrals, networking and other channels.
• Understand client needs, present relevant offerings and explain features and commercial terms clearly.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings and property or service viewings.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries, answer questions and support clients through the sales process.
• Negotiate professionally, coordinate documentation and help move opportunities to completion.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, pipeline status and sales activity.
• Monitor local market activity and share customer feedback and sales insights with the team.
• Work toward agreed individual and team targets while maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication, active listening and persuasive presentation skills.
• Ability to prospect, qualify leads, maintain a sales pipeline and follow up consistently.
• Confidence in conducting meetings, delivering presentations and handling objections.
• Organized record-keeping and ability to manage priorities and work toward targets.
• Fluent professional Urdu; English is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Lahore and local market conditions is advantageous.

• Proficiency with spreadsheets, email and sales tracking tools.
