Sales Executive – Lead a Team of 6

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and nurture client relationships for Nexvo Solutions in Karachi. The role involves leading a small sales team, generating new business, and ensuring a seamless sales process from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of six sales representatives, conducting performance evaluations and training.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other channels to expand the customer base.
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow‑up and progression of opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
• Track and analyze sales metrics and market trends to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment and model professionalism.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership or team‑lead role.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Professional demeanor and punctuality.
