Sales Executive (On‑Site) – Packaging Products

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Rawalpindi team and drive sales of packaging materials, labels, water bottles and related products. This full‑time, on‑site position works morning shifts and focuses on inside sales and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
• Qualify prospects, understand customer needs and propose tailored packaging solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent service.
• Manage existing accounts, identify upsell opportunities and achieve individual sales targets.
• Collaborate with the team to meet overall sales goals while working independently and staying organized.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required); preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in packaging or FMCG industry.
• Experience in inside sales, lead generation and account management.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, result‑driven with strong time‑management skills.
