Sales Executive – Outbound and Inbound Calls

About the role

Bitcode, a Karachi‑based IT services firm, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to manage outbound and inbound calls for its RSP campaign. You will work night shifts on‑site in Gulistan‑e‑Jauhar, engaging prospective customers, presenting offers, and closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive calls following approved scripts to promote campaign offers.
• Qualify leads, handle objections, and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Record accurate notes and update the CRM or campaign tracking system promptly.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors and collaborate with the campaign and QA teams to improve processes.
• Maintain compliance with objection‑handling techniques and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive phone selling abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and closing techniques.
• Willingness to work night shift (9 PM – 6 AM) six days a week and occasional travel.
• Familiarity with call‑center operations and accurate data logging.
• Goal‑oriented, quick learner, and able to follow scripts and feedback.
