About the role
We are seeking motivated Sales Executives to join our outbound call centre in Karachi. The position works during evening and night shifts, focusing on generating sales through proactive phone outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote our products/services.
- Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide courteous customer support when required.
Required profile
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Prior experience in Customer Support, Sales, or BPO environments.
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate or A‑Levels.
