Sales Executive – Outbound Lead Generation

About the role

Azad Talent is hiring 10 to 15 full-time Sales Executives in Lahore for an on-site, morning-shift position. The work involves outbound prospecting and business-to-business lead generation for IT services, with a stated salary of 50,000 to 100,000 PKR per month.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English, with clear, professional communication for international business audiences.
• Confident outbound prospecting, cold calling and B2B lead generation.
• Ability to research companies, identify decision-makers and personalise outreach.
• Sound discovery and qualification skills, including active listening and focused questioning.
• Comfortable presenting service offerings, handling objections and securing next steps.
• Good organisation, persistence, time management and consistency against measurable targets.
• Professional judgment when handling client information and representing multiple IT service offerings.

Required skills

• Accurate use of CRM for contact records, activity logging, pipeline updates and follow-up reminders.
• Adapting scripts and messaging after coaching, and sharing prospect feedback.
• Familiarity with outbound sales tools, spreadsheets and professional networking platforms is an advantage.
