Sales Executive – POS Solutions

About the role

The Sales Executive (POS) will drive the sale of point‑of‑sale solutions to business customers in Karachi. You will identify prospects, showcase product features, and guide clients through the buying process while working closely with technical and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities for POS solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain features and benefits.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate terms within company guidelines and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
• Track sales performance, report results, and provide market feedback.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in POS, software or technology solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline, meet targets and keep CRM data up‑to‑date.
• Basic understanding of POS systems, retail operations or payment solutions with a willingness to learn technical details.
• Problem‑solving mindset and customer‑focused approach.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Karachi and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Experience with US or Canadian markets or international clients is a plus.
