Sales Executive – Real Estate Projects

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive property sales and build strong client relationships for our real‑estate projects in Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real‑estate market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs.
• Present and promote properties to prospective buyers.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance sales strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
