Sales Executive – Truck Dispatching Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our truck dispatching team. You will be responsible for expanding our client base across the United States by connecting with trucking companies, owner‑operators, and fleet owners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to trucking companies, owner‑operators, and fleet owners.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media and other channels.
• Present our truck dispatching services and recommend solutions that match client operational needs.
• Negotiate service terms and convert prospects into long‑term clients.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups and accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets while staying updated on U.S. trucking industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of sales or cold‑calling experience in U.S. truck dispatch.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong phone presence, objection‑handling ability and persistence.
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours/night shift.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM, email and communication tools.
