Sales Executive (US Recruitment)

About the role

HumanTek, a global IT services, digital solutions and business consulting company headquartered in Karachi and also providing recruitment and staffing services, is looking for a Sales Executive to join its recruitment sales team. The role generates new business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns and lead nurturing, acting as the first point of contact with prospective clients and building the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling and outbound sales to prospective clients across the United States.
• Run targeted email campaigns to generate and nurture new business.
• Identify decision-makers and qualify prospects based on hiring needs and business requirements.
• Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the sales closing team.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and research potential clients and industries.
• Communicate HumanTek's recruitment services and value proposition to prospects.
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams and follow up consistently with prospects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting targets, report activity regularly to management.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, lead generation or SDR.
• Experience with US-based clients preferred; working in the EST timezone is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing or B2B service sales preferred.

Required skills

• Cold calling, prospecting and email outreach.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Preferred: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM.
