Sales Executive - Web Development & Digital Marketing

About the role

Navicosoft, a web design and development service provider, is expanding its sales team and is looking for two experienced Sales Executives. The role centres on selling website design and development, digital marketing services, SaaS products and other IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels and handle inbound leads.
• Understand clients' business requirements and recommend suitable digital and IT solutions.
• Sell website design and development, digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SaaS and other IT services.
• Conduct sales calls, online meetings and client presentations, and follow up consistently to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial discussions, and build long-term client relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with technical, design and marketing teams for smooth project handover, and attend client meetings and visits when required.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven experience in sales or business development.
• Experience selling web development, digital marketing services, SaaS products or IT services highly preferred.
• Minimum bachelor's degree; an IT or computer science background is an added advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and visit clients when required.
