Sales Growth Specialist – Night Shift (On-site)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our newly‑formed cold‑calling team in Lahore. Working the US‑based business hours, you will represent our design and estimation services to construction companies across the United States, helping them improve project planning and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US‑based contractors and builders using pre‑qualified lead lists.
• Present our design, drafting and estimation solutions clearly and professionally.
• Build rapport with decision‑makers, qualify prospects and generate high‑quality leads.
• Record detailed call notes and keep lead information up‑to‑date in the CRM and spreadsheets.
• Follow scripted dialogues, handle objections and continuously refine the sales pitch.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to meet weekly and monthly targets.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Previous experience in outbound cold calling, call‑center or BPO sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion and active‑listening abilities.
• Comfortable working night‑shift hours aligned with US time zones.
• Positive, self‑motivated attitude and a desire to grow in a performance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM systems.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets for data entry and reporting.
