Sales Intern - B2B Business Development

About the role

HR Navigator is hiring a Sales Intern in Iqbal Town, Lahore, for a 3-month on-site internship (5:00 PM to midnight, Monday to Friday). The role supports outbound sales and B2B business development, with a possible full-time employment offer based on performance. The stipend is PKR 40,000 to 50,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Support outbound sales and B2B business development activities.
• Follow up with potential clients and help move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Reach out directly via LinkedIn and email to engage warm prospects and decision-makers.
• Assist in preparing pitches and supporting client presentations.
• Track conversion metrics, deal stages and sales pipeline updates.
• Work with the senior sales team to refine pitch techniques and closing strategies.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or final-year students in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Strong interest in B2B sales, account management or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suited to night-shift hours.
• Confident, proactive and energetic, with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work 100% on-site during night-shift hours.
