Sales Intern (Insurance & Financial Planning)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern to join EFU Life Assurance Ltd’s dynamic sales team in Karachi. This full‑time, on‑site internship offers hands‑on exposure to insurance and financial planning products, supporting lead generation and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in promoting life insurance, unit‑linked plans, and pension products.
• Generate and qualify leads, conduct client outreach, and follow up on inquiries.
• Prepare basic sales proposals and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Participate in sales training sessions and shadow experienced sales professionals.
• Collaborate with customer service and sales management to ensure a smooth client experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Interest in insurance, financial planning, or related services.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to work on‑site in Karachi.
• Enrollment in or completion of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Comfort using digital tools and mobile applications.
