Sales Intern (IT Solutions)

About the role

Al-Madina Enterprises is looking for a motivated Sales Intern to support its IT solutions business. You will work closely with the sales and pre‑sales teams, engaging with clients to understand their technology needs and helping to grow the company’s customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct lead generation activities such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Collaborate with the pre‑sales team to respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Provide ongoing support throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and addressing issues.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or a related field, preferably in IT.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude and a results‑driven work ethic.
