Sales Lead Manager

About the role

The Sales Lead Manager will drive corporate gifting sales for Woww Moments, working remotely from Karachi. This full‑time position manages the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and post‑sale follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture new B2B leads in the corporate gifting market.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, understanding their gifting needs.
• Develop tailored proposals, presentations and quotations.
• Oversee sales pipelines, track performance metrics and forecast revenue.
• Coordinate with operations and design teams to ensure timely, high‑quality order fulfillment.
• Conduct meetings and calls, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Provide regular sales reports to leadership.
• Contribute to sales strategies, market outreach initiatives and customer feedback loops.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate services, gifting, events or related industries.
• Strong lead generation, prospecting and pipeline management abilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building, client communication and account‑management skills.
• Effective negotiation, closing and presentation capabilities.
• Basic sales planning, market research and forecasting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is advantageous.
• Organizational and time‑management strengths.
