Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager (Real Estate)

About the role

We are seeking a target‑oriented Sales professional to join our real‑estate team in Karachi. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales while representing Optimum Advisory with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and develop new leads through calls, networking, referrals, digital channels, and client visits.
• Identify prospective buyers and understand their investment requirements.
• Present real‑estate projects, payment plans, locations, facilities, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property visits and client meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Follow up consistently with leads and convert prospects into sales.
• Negotiate deals and coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, property prices, competitors, and new projects.
• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, property events, and project launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of sales experience (real‑estate experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude.
• Self‑motivated with a strong sales orientation.
