Sales Manager – Earthmoving & Transportation Equipment

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of our earthmoving and transportation equipment portfolio in Pakistan. The role will focus on developing new business, managing key customer relationships and achieving sales targets for products such as excavators, wheel loaders, dump trucks and heavy‑duty trucks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual and quarterly targets across the country.
• Drive sales of earthmoving equipment (excavators, loaders, etc.) and transportation equipment (dump trucks, heavy‑duty trucks).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, mining, logistics, industrial and government sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, fleet owners, equipment rental companies and channel partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle – prospecting, presentations, quotations, negotiations and contract closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming projects to generate leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams on product availability, order processing, delivery and after‑sales support.
• Participate in exhibitions, industry events and customer visits.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline and market intelligence reports for management.
• Follow up on payments and resolve commercial issues with customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in Pakistan.
• Proven track record in selling construction machinery, earthmoving equipment or heavy commercial vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of the Pakistani construction, infrastructure and mining markets.
• Existing relationships with contractors, mining firms, fleet operators or equipment rental businesses are highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
