Sales Manager (Female) – High-Ticket Consultative Sales

About the role

A coaching and personal-growth consultancy offering NLP, hypnotherapy, timeline therapy and coaching is hiring a Sales Manager (female) in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The manager leads six Sales Executives, manages the sales pipeline and reports directly to the Managing Director. The position is full-time, onsite Monday to Friday (10:00 am to 5:00 pm) with work from home on Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales floor daily so that all six Sales Executives meet their calling targets and focus on high-yield sales activities.
• Run twice-weekly pipeline audits covering every prospect from first contact to final invoice.
• Listen to calls and sessions, run role-play exercises and fix conversion drop-off points for each executive.
• Hire, onboard and develop Sales Executives into Relationship Managers who self-source prospects through referrals and networking.
• Closely handle complex or high-value deals and sell Master Practitioner programs to existing graduates.
• Prepare and submit weekly quantitative reports to the Managing Director.

Required profile

• 6 to 8 years in high-ticket B2C consultative sales (education, executive training, ed-tech, banking, insurance or real estate).
• Minimum 3 years leading a sales team of 5+ people with a documented track record of quota attainment.
• Proven experience training and developing sales representatives who reached their targets.
• Hard sales or business marketing background; psychology background not required.
• Fluent in English and Urdu, comfortable making sales calls daily.
