Sales Manager

About the role

ARD Al Falak is a professionally managed business group operating in Pakistan and the UAE, offering immigration documentation, visa-processing support, document clearance, attestation, translation, IT, digital marketing, database management and business-support services. This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role in Lahore helps develop client relationships and grow demand for the company's services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day sales activity and contribute to sales plans and revenue targets.
• Identify prospective individual, business, professional, student and corporate clients and understand their needs.
• Present visa-support and business services clearly, ensuring expectations are accurate.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries and proposals, and keep records of client interactions.
• Build client relationships, address sales concerns and coordinate with internal teams.
• Review sales performance, share market and customer feedback and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in professional services, travel, immigration support or a related client-services environment.
• Ability to identify prospects, qualify inquiries, present services and move opportunities through the pipeline.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Client-focused judgment and ability to explain service scope accurately.
• Organized, self-directed, with good prioritization, teamwork and problem-solving.
• Experience: 2 years; career level: Manager.

Required skills

• Maintaining sales records and tracking leads, follow-ups and results.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets, email and customer or sales tracking tools.
