Sales Manager – MEP & Fire Protection Solutions

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead business development and sales for the MEP and Fire Protection division at the Lahore head office, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets in the MEP and fire protection sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking and tender participation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Promote fire protection solutions such as fire alarm, detection, suppression, hydrant, sprinkler systems, fire pumps, FM‑200 and kitchen fire suppression.
• Collaborate with estimation, design and procurement teams to prepare competitive quotations, proposals and tenders.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and client handover.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of seven sales professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of B2B sales experience in fire protection, MEP, HVAC, electrical or engineering solutions.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts, close deals and prepare commercial proposals.
• Strong communication skills and an existing network within the industry.
