Sales Manager (Solar)

About the role

We are seeking two dynamic Sales Managers to lead our solar solutions business in Islamabad. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the renewable energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the solar market.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings and deliver product presentations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and commission objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Provide regular sales reports to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of solar sales experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target‑driven and self‑motivated.
• Good knowledge of the solar industry.
