Sales Manager – Travel & Tourism

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our travel and tourism sales operations in Karachi. The role focuses on driving revenue across corporate travel, airline ticketing, hotel bookings, visa services, holiday packages, Umrah, MICE and group travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and gross‑profit targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate accounts and key decision‑makers.
• Generate business across airline ticketing, hotel bookings, visa services, transportation, holiday packages, Umrah, MICE and group travel.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, sales visits, networking and business‑development activities.
• Prepare quotations, travel proposals, corporate agreements and customized travel solutions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with disciplined follow‑ups and accurate reporting.
• Develop business within travel‑intensive sectors such as shipping & maritime, construction, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, banking, education, trading and multinational companies.
• Establish relationships with industry partners, associations and institutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field.
• 8–10 years of sales or business‑development experience, preferably in travel & tourism or corporate travel.
• 4–6 years of corporate or key‑account management experience.
• Strong understanding of Pakistan’s travel market and corporate travel requirements.
• Existing corporate relationships and a professional network in Karachi are a significant advantage.
