Sales & Marketing Intern

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Intern will support daily sales and marketing activities in a full‑time, on‑site role based in Lahore. This position offers hands‑on experience across the sales cycle and marketing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build lists of salons, spas and personal‑care businesses in Lahore through online research.
• Contact prospects via phone, WhatsApp and email to introduce Book For Look and schedule demo calls.
• Follow up on leads and record every conversation in a lead tracker.
• Create and schedule social media content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, including captions and outreach scripts.
• Support launch campaigns, promotions and customer communications.
• Research competitors and market trends, preparing short weekly reports.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Foundational sales knowledge for lead handling and pipeline tracking.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and social media platforms.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn and collaborate on‑site.
• Pursuing or completed education in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
