Prism Consulting provides marketing research, activation, and staff recruitment services. We are seeking a Sales Officer professional to support business development and coordinate the day‑to‑day sales process in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. This role suits an organized, customer‑focused professional who can maintain accurate records and help the team respond promptly to prospective and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Research prospects and track leads.
• Respond to client inquiries, share service information, and coordinate follow‑up communications.
• Maintain sales databases, contact records, meeting notes, and pipeline updates accurately.
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate information between sales, marketing research, activation, and recruitment teams.

Required profile

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication for client interactions and internal coordination.
• Strong organization and time management, with the ability to prioritize inquiries and follow‑ups.
• Accurate data entry and careful maintenance of lead, contact, and pipeline information.
• Customer service skills, including attentive listening and courteous handling of routine questions.
• Collaborative approach to coordinating work across sales, research, activation, and recruitment teams.
• Discretion when handling client details and a dependable approach to completing office tasks.
