Sales Officer

About the role

Golden Pearl is looking for a full-time Sales Officer in Lahore to support business growth. The role suits a customer-focused person who can find prospective buyers, explain products or services clearly and build reliable client relationships. The officer works toward assigned sales targets while keeping accurate records and representing the company professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective customers through appropriate channels and develop new sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements, present relevant offerings and answer questions about products or services.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and customer requests to move opportunities forward and support customer satisfaction.
• Maintain organized records of prospects, interactions, orders and sales activity.
• Monitor progress against sales targets and share updates, market feedback and customer needs with the team.
• Coordinate with colleagues to support order processing and resolve routine customer concerns.

Required profile

• Clear verbal and written communication, able to explain offerings in a customer-friendly way.
• Prospecting, lead qualification, sales presentations and systematic follow-up.
• Relationship-building skills and a professional, service-oriented approach.
• Ability to understand customer needs, handle objections and suggest suitable solutions.
• Target awareness, persistence and good organisation of daily sales activities.
