Sales Onboarding Representative – Merchant Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Onboarding Representative to join our merchant acquisition team. You will help restaurants, cafés and hospitality venues adopt our platform, guiding them from first contact to their first successful transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach restaurants, cafés and hospitality businesses.
• Conduct meetings with owners and decision‑makers to present Paely’s value proposition.
• Guide merchants through the onboarding process, including QR code deployment and platform setup.
• Ensure each merchant goes live on the platform and completes its first customer transaction.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads and onboarding progress.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with restaurant partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, merchant acquisition, business development, partnerships or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, Hotel Management, BBA, Supply Chain or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with professional spoken English.
• Comfortable with field sales, meeting restaurant owners daily and owning a motorcycle.
• Self‑driven, organized and target‑oriented.
