Sales Person - Truck Dispatch

About the role

Meridians Limited is hiring a full-time, on-site sales professional in Lahore to support its truck dispatch services in Pakistan. The role focuses on building relationships with prospective customers and businesses that need dependable freight coordination and truck dispatch support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, explain dispatch service offerings and build a qualified sales pipeline.
• Understand customer freight requirements and coordinate with dispatch operations to communicate suitable service options.
• Prepare proposals, follow up on prospects and help negotiate service terms in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain clear records of leads, customer conversations, opportunities and sales outcomes.
• Build lasting client relationships, respond promptly to inquiries and identify ways to expand existing accounts.
• Share customer feedback and market observations with the team to improve sales approaches and service delivery.

Required profile

• Confident spoken and written communication, able to explain truck dispatch and freight services clearly.
• Prospecting, lead qualification, follow-up, objection handling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand customer shipping needs and relay accurate requirements to dispatch or operations colleagues.
• Strong negotiation and customer-service judgment, with a professional approach to resolving questions.
• Good organization, time management and persistence in meeting sales activity and performance goals.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and give useful feedback on customer needs and market conditions.

Required skills

• Accurate record keeping.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, email and customer relationship or sales tracking tools.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of PKR 50,000 to 90,000.
• Incentive bonus.
