Sales Recruiter

About the role

A recruiter helping businesses build and scale high-performing sales teams is looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Recruiter. The role identifies, engages and attracts top sales talent through effective sourcing strategies and a strong understanding of the sales hiring landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing: proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks and other channels
• Full-cycle recruitment: manage the process from sourcing and initial screening to interview coordination, feedback collection and offer management
• Sales talent acquisition: build pipelines for SDRs, AEs, BDRs and other sales roles as hiring needs evolve
• Candidate screening: assess communication skills, English proficiency, sales experience, prospecting ability, motivation and role fit
• Pipeline management: keep accurate candidate records, update recruitment trackers and the ATS, and follow up on time
• Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines
• Build and maintain talent pools, track sourcing activity, screening outcomes, interview conversions and hiring progress, and ensure a clear, timely candidate experience

Required profile

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in sales or high-volume hiring
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to judge sales talent beyond resumes, including communication, confidence, coachability and performance potential
• Strong organisation and ability to handle several open positions at once
• Comfortable with recruitment metrics, ATS platforms and structured hiring processes
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment
