Sales Representative – Cold Calling

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Sales Representative specialized in cold calling to join our office‑based team. The role focuses on high‑volume outbound calls, lead generation and converting prospects into customers while maximizing earnings through commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to international B2B and B2C prospects.
• Generate and qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline.
• Handle client objections and negotiate to close deals.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to refine scripts and strategies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in international cold calling, B2B or B2C sales.
• Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Target‑oriented mindset with resilience under pressure.
• Ability to work night shift (6 PM – 2 AM) in an office environment.
