Sales Representative - Cold Calling (Night Shift – Office Based)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing company providing design, drafting, and estimation services to US construction clients. As part of our expansion we are building a talented cold‑calling team in Lahore to connect with contractors and builders across the United States and introduce our services. This is a great opportunity to join early, grow with the company, and build a long‑term career in international sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US‑based construction companies using qualified lead lists.
• Introduce our design and estimation services clearly and professionally.
• Build rapport and engage decision‑makers to generate qualified leads.
• Record accurate call notes and update lead information in CRM or spreadsheets.
• Follow scripts, objection‑handling guidelines, and continuously improve pitch quality.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve weekly and monthly targets.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or fluent accent.
• Previous cold‑calling, call‑center, or outbound sales experience (BPO experience preferred).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and active‑listening skills.
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US timings.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated, and eager to grow in a performance‑driven environment.
• Basic computer literacy, including CRM and spreadsheet usage.
