Sales Representative - Dadu

About the role

GSK is looking for a Sales Representative in Dadu. You will drive product performance by executing your sales plan through impactful interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs), achieving sales targets and other lead KPIs while demonstrating GSK values.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ambitious sales targets and drive business performance in your assigned territory.
• Run HCP engagement initiatives to build product advocacy and drive incremental sales growth.
• Use the Patient Focused Selling Model in effective sales calls to convert customers.
• Ensure all sales lead KPIs are met.
• Build strong relationships with KOLs and identify each HCP's customer journey stage, setting specific call objectives for each account.
• Spot customer and industry trends and sales opportunities, segment customers and keep HCP lists up to date.
• Deliver an omnichannel approach and extend services to the full account.
• Show deep knowledge of the disease area, products and competitors, and monitor competitor activity locally.
• Role model GSK values and act with high integrity.

Required profile

• Pharm-D, Bachelor's degree or BA required.
• 1-2 years of pharma selling experience with a proven performance track record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build ties with KOLs.
• Strong pharma industry knowledge and understanding of key players in therapy areas.
• Knowledge of disease states and the patient journey.
