Sales Representative – International Digital Services

About the role

MaxedDigital is seeking energetic Sales Representatives to acquire international clients for its suite of digital services. The role is based in Karachi and operates on an 8 PM–3 AM PKT shift, offering a full‑time, commission‑based structure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients across various online platforms.
• Conduct cold outreach via Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other channels.
• Initiate and manage conversations, understand client needs and propose suitable services.
• Present MaxedDigital’s 3D modeling, digital marketing, lead generation, and web development offerings.
• Qualify leads, move prospects through the sales funnel and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Resilient and comfortable handling rejection.
• Fresh graduates with good communication can apply.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook for outreach.
• Basic computer and internet skills.

• Commission‑based compensation ranging from PKR 30,000 to PKR 100,000 per month.
