Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join BTL Aesthetics in Islamabad. The role focuses on building relationships with aesthetic clinics, hospitals and dermatology practices, presenting our technology solutions and driving business growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospective customers among aesthetic clinics, hospitals, dermatology practices and related healthcare providers.
• Deliver professional product presentations, demonstrations and consultations to clinical and business stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and needs assessment through proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity updates, forecasts and pipeline information.
• Coordinate with technical, clinical, marketing and service teams to support customer requirements and successful installations.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity and customer feedback to uncover new opportunities.
• Represent BTL Aesthetics professionally while ensuring long‑term customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, deliver presentations, negotiate and close B2B sales.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with doctors, clinic owners, hospital decision‑makers and other healthcare professionals.
• Interest in or understanding of aesthetic medicine, medical devices, dermatology or related wellness solutions.
• Confident communication, consultative selling, objection handling and persuasive presentation abilities.
• Ability to explain technical product benefits clearly to both clinical and commercial audiences.
• Excellent organization, follow‑up discipline and sales forecasting capabilities.
• Commercial awareness, target orientation and the capacity to work independently.
• Willingness to conduct regular client meetings in Islamabad and surrounding areas.
