About the role

Round One Solutions is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our on‑site team in Johar Town, Lahore. This full‑time, night‑shift position (8 PM – 5 AM) focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our BPO growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients across target markets.
• Secure new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare regular sales reports and track performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends and competitive insights.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales strategies.
