About the role
We are looking for energetic Sales Representatives to join our outbound call centre in Karachi. The role involves engaging customers over the phone during evening and night shifts to promote our products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Provide courteous customer support throughout the sales process.
Required profile
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Prior experience in customer support, sales or BPO environments.
- Minimum education: Intermediate or A‑Levels.
