Sales Representative - Outbound Calls

About the role
Forge Global LLP is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join its on‑site team in Karachi. The position focuses on outbound calling, lead generation and driving sales growth during night‑shift hours.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers using various lead generation techniques.
- Identify, qualify and nurture new sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead‑generation strategies.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Report sales metrics and provide regular updates to management.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of outbound calling or sales calling experience.
- Ability to work night‑shift hours (8:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary range of 35,000 – 60,000 PKR per month plus sales commissions.
- Incentive bonus based on performance.
