Sales Representative (Outbound Calls - US Market)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Karachi. The role focuses on making outbound and handling inbound calls to US‑based prospects, generating leads and closing sales for our international services.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries from potential US clients.
- Build and maintain relationships through follow‑ups and effective communication.
- Present company services, negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Record call details, prospect status and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
Required profile
- Experience in outbound/inbound sales, cold calling, lead generation or telemarketing.
- Familiarity with US campaigns and ability to work night‑shift hours.
- Proven track record of meeting targets and closing deals, preferably commission‑based.
Required skills
- CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM or similar.
What we offer
- Monthly salary of PKR 35,000‑40,000.
- Leave entitlement.
