Sales Solution Architect

About the role

Spectreco is seeking a Sales Solution Architect to lead discovery meetings, translate client needs into tailored sustainability solutions, and support the Head of Sales in presentations and negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client discovery meetings to identify business needs, challenges, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for customized ESG solutions.
• Present proposals, value propositions, sales pitches, and platform demonstrations to prospects.
• Support the Head of Sales in client presentations, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Research prospective clients, industry trends, and emerging sustainability opportunities to strengthen proposals and generate new business.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales support, pre‑sales, solution consulting, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, sustainability, environmental sciences, or a related technical field.
• Proven ability to conduct discovery meetings, translate requirements into practical solutions, and develop tailored proposals and scopes of work.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project activities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability concepts, climate solutions, and green finance.
• Familiarity with project management tools and structured sales or pre‑sales methodologies.
