Sales Specialist - Automotive Retail

About the role

Motor Max is an automotive retail and services company focused on giving customers a reliable and efficient car-buying experience. It is looking for a full-time Sales Specialist for an on-site position in Lahore. The specialist engages walk-in and referred customers, understands their needs and presents suitable vehicle options.

Key responsibilities

• Engage walk-in and referred customers, understand their requirements and present suitable vehicles
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain pricing and financing options
• Prepare quotations and manage the sales process from first contact to closing
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads
• Coordinate with management and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Meet individual and team sales targets while following company policies and ethical standards

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with customers and colleagues
• Excellent customer service ability, building trust and resolving concerns professionally
• Proven sales skills: lead conversion, negotiation and closing deals in a target-driven environment
• Training and sales management abilities, such as coaching junior staff and supporting sales processes
• Experience in automotive sales or related retail is beneficial
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, including weekends or extended hours as needed
• Minimum high school diploma; a college degree in business, marketing or a related field is an advantage

• Basic proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software is preferred
