Sales Specialist – Automotive Trading

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Specialist to manage vehicle sales from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, deep knowledge of the automotive market, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Negotiate prices and close sales while maintaining company margins.
• Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and coordinate vehicle delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and customer‑satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in automobile/car trading.
• Strong knowledge of vehicles, features, pricing, and the used‑car market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target‑oriented, confident, and customer‑focused.
• Ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
